Creamy Cajun Pasta Sauce

1 Onion

1 Pepper

1 Handful of Sweetcorn

1 Handful of Linda McCartney Pulled Chicken

1 Clove of Garlic

2 tbsp of Cajun Seasoning

2 tbsp Alpro Soya Single Cream

200ml Vegetable stock





  1. Chop the onion & pepper and fry in a pan until soft

  2. Crush the garlic and add it in the pulled chicken

  3. Add in the cajun seasoning

  4. Once the chicken has heated through pour in the stock

  5. Add in a handful of sweetcorn

  6. Stir in stock and leave to simmer away for 3-4 minutes until a lot of the liquid has soaked in

  7. Add in the cream and serve over cooked pasta
