1 Onion
1 Pepper
1 Handful of Sweetcorn
1 Handful of Linda McCartney Pulled Chicken
1 Clove of Garlic
2 tbsp of Cajun Seasoning
2 tbsp Alpro Soya Single Cream
200ml Vegetable stock

Chop the onion & pepper and fry in a pan until soft
Crush the garlic and add it in the pulled chicken
Add in the cajun seasoning
Once the chicken has heated through pour in the stock
Add in a handful of sweetcorn
Stir in stock and leave to simmer away for 3-4 minutes until a lot of the liquid has soaked in
Add in the cream and serve over cooked pasta
